How do I signup?
There really aren’t too many i’s to dot and t’s to cross to get up and running with your own white label text chat service. In fact your account with xonadu can be up and running in less than 24 hours.

If you’re ready to partner with us straight away there a couple of questions we will need to ask you. Once we have chatted we will send you a short partnership agreement for your signature. This will formalise all the boring details.
We do need to establish your preferred keyword for your text chat service and so when you contact us it will be helpful if you have thought about what keyword you would like to use. More often than not it makes sense to choose a word that is relevant to the name of your service. We will need to check this is available on our database before allocating the keyword to you.
How much will you charge me?
There are no monthly costs leaving our partners to focus their budgets, time and effort on the marketing.
How much can I earn?
xonadu partners usually generate over £1,000 per month within 6 months, and within 12 months they are enjoying an income of much more. But this is not a “get rich quick” scheme and partners need to spend a few hours a week on their websites and ad campaigns to get people signing up and using text chat.
How can I promote my white label text chat service?
There are several ways that you can attract people to your text chat service. These include:
- Add it to the contact/dating pages of a publication
- Advertise in the print media – classifieds are a good way of getting sign-ups
- Set up a dedicated website to promote your white label service and spread the word with internet advertising
- Advertise with banners on relevant websites, such as dating websites
We will help with and approve all marketing before it goes live.
How long does it take to set up?
We can have a keyword for your white label service up and running in minutes, but we do need to dot some i’s and cross some t’s first. Please see the sign-up now page. Once you have signed-up as a partner you have instant access to our online statistics where you can track the number of new sign-ups and billed messages. Our account management team will be available to you throughout the set-up process and beyond.
What is a keyword?
The keyword is the identifier that an end user texts to our platform to sign up to text chat. You may choose any keyword – subject to availability. It can be specific to your brand, or the name of your service and is usually promoted in your marketing material. Our platform recognises the keyword and identifies the inbound registration sms as your user. Thereafter all premium rate messages sent in by your users are tracked and revenue paid out accordingly.
Can I have more than one keyword?
Separate keywords can be assigned for male, female and, if appropriate, gay members. Additional keywords may be made available to identify media response on a per-publication or campaign basis.
We can also allocate you more than one keyword if you prefer to create multiple text chat services across more than one niche to cater for different members? We can issue you with as many keywords as you want, targeting niches such as specific ages, regions, adult, gay or casual daters to maximise your income.
Do I need technical experience?
No technical experience is necessary. You just need to promote your keyword on line through Google Adwords, for example, or in the print media. Your dedicated Account Manager will be on hand to help whenever you need it.
How regularly will I be paid?
You’ll be paid once per month.
How will I receive payment?
You’ll receive a BACs payment into your bank account. The payments will be made on the same dates, however you must have generated a minimum of £200 for the payment to be processed.
Who deals with customer enquiries?
We do. We provide customer support for all members via telephone support to UK members who would like to speak to the support team directly. All support staff are located in the UK.
Can members send inappropriate text content to each other?
In line with PhonepayPlus regulations all text profiles and photos are moderated before appearing on the public areas of the text chat platform. The sms content sent between users is also monitored frequently.
Will my text chat members receive marketing?
Yes, but only customer relationship marketing about the text chat platform itself. We have optimised our sms marketing to encourage members to keep using the service and to use it as much as possible. We continually update, develop and improve our CRM marketing to make sure you earn as much as possible from every member. We will not bombard your members with adverts for other services or products.
What is PhonepayPlus and do I need to worry about PhonepayPlus regulation
PhonepayPlus is the regulator for phone-paid services in the UK and an agency of Ofcom. We have worked closely with PP+ to ensure that our service is compliant – through X-on (Xonadu’s parent company) we are a PhonepayPlus registered Text Chat operator and our chat service has the regulator’s permission to operate. We take a pride in being 100% compliant and so that is why we insist on having approval of all our partners’ marketing material before it goes live.
